* Drafting standard and specific management and related agreements for hotel and resort operators both in the UK and internationally;
* Acting for purchasers/vendors in relation to the acquisition/disposal of hotels;
* Acting for several quality international hotels in London on operational matters such as compliance with statutory enactments, employment, licensing, leasing of commercial space, conducting legal audits and litigation;
* Other categories of work include commercial and residential conveyancing, general commercial law and probate.
